Giant Game Park Comes into Being at Last

Alert! The Giriyondo Tourist Access Facility (GTAF – ?), an international border crossing between South Africa and Zimbabwe, was officially opened by the two countries’ heads of state last week. Opened, that is, for elephants, giraffe, and other African prowlers, stompers and swimmers. Yes, the long-awaited Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park (GLTP – comprising SA’s Kruger and Zim’s Gonarezhou national parks – has taken another great leap forward into reality, and has already begun to admit a slow trickle of approved tourists along with the animals.
