In Hout Bay, it’s bobbies on the beach wot keeps the peace. These two members of the “republic’s” finest were seen churning up the sand this weekend. The dune-buggyin’ boys in blue insist it’s not just for play - they’re working. Beachgoers certainly don’t begrudge them a bit of fun during the assignment.
