Where is it/he? In a prime spot of CBD at the corner of Adderley and Wale Streets | Map

Who was he? One of the greatest South African military strategists and statesmen of the colonial era. He was a general for the Boers in the Anglo-Boer war, a field marshal for the Allies during World War Two, and Prime Minister of South Africa twice.
